Today Lyadov Clinics form a multidisciplinary medical center that combines the highest medical competencies, the availability of the compulsory medical insurance system, and the service component of a commercial medical organization within one structure.

Lyadov Clinics are a center included in the current three-level structure of oncological care in the region, capable of providing medical attendance close to the patients. The institution's facilities allow carrying out a full range of diagnostic studies in patients with suspected malignant neoplasms, verifying and assessing the tumor extension, and dynamically monitoring the disease progression. On the basе of the institution, the regional oncological council functions. The operation of the inpatient departments allows both to carry out all kinds of anticancer therapy and perform surgical treatment of tumors in most localizations. The Clinic is incredibly proud of its rehabilitation assistance, which allows it to cover all patients undergoing treatment with medical and rehabilitation measures, increase adherence to therapy, and improve patient survival and quality of life indexes. The Clinic also pays great attention to the implementation of promising methods of treatment - chemoembolization of tumors, intra-abdominal aerosol chemotherapy; there are plans for the development of radiotherapy competencies.

The commercial segment of the Clinic is represented by a rehabilitation complex for outpatients and inpatients. In addition to the traditional areas of neurorehabilitation and traumatological and orthopedic recovery, the Clinic has accumulated a unique experience in inpatient rehabilitation of more than 300 patients after a new coronavirus infection.

The bed capacity is 33 beds. The day patient facility is designed for 40 chairs.
