When requested by a patient, we prepare

Preliminary data on the possible diagnosis of treatment for a particular diagnosis by e-mail or phone

In case you are interested in receiving data and information on specific methods, timing, duration of treatment, the set of necessary medical procedures, the estimated costs of the treatment process in Your case, recommended clinic and specialists, we ask You to fill out and send to us in printed/electronic form, the following documents:

• Questionnaire of the patient
• Extract from the medical history
• Results of laboratory tests and protocols of instrumental examinations, including MRТ and CT

Based on the information received, an Individual Medical Program will be formed for you, which can be started as planned on the day agreed with you and the clinic in advance. We will receive a response from the council of physicians on your request within three days.

Coordination of the start date of treatment, planning of the schedule of all necessary medical measures, and organization of departure begins after the conclusion of the Contract for the organization of treatment abroad and provision of services.

We fully organize the entire process of delivering the patient to the clinic; if necessary, we accompany or engage our selected partner to provide support and services. Such a partner is in touch with the patient and us 24 hours a day. After his return, we also communicate with the patient and conduct consultations and communications with doctors to resolve issues that have arisen after treatment or undergoing procedures, etc.

How we work

Medical management includes:

• initial processing of the application, preparation of a medical summary in the doctor's language
• consultation based on the initial medical information, selection of a doctor, and a medical institution
• development of an individual medical program, drawing up a schedule of procedures, formation of a calculation of costs
• training of a medical translator
• supervising the patient on medical and household issues during his stay in the country (for example, assistance in the purchase of medicines)
• coordination of necessary changes in the medical program during treatment, in-process financial control, organization of additional medical measures
• provision of a final report on the patient's expenditures
• provision of a final medical opinion and recommendations in Russian
• advisory support for one month after returning home in connection with the treatment conducted

Services include:

• written medical translation (outgoing, intermediate, and final medical information, medical recommendations)
• visa support (if necessary, with sending the original invitations by express mail)
• visa extension services in the host country (if necessary)
• transport, hotel services to the extent agreed with the client
• medical insurance
• other additional services
