Uzi Izhar
Professor Uzi Izhar has received many awards for his outstanding work as a thoracic surgeon and a considerable contribution to Israeli medicine.
1989 – Doctor Uzi Izhar received the Joseph Schmeler Prize for medical research at the Hadassah Medical Center.
1993 - Doctor Uzi Izhar received the Hebrew University Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Clinical Work.
In 1994 - Doctor Uzi Izhar was included in the list of honored lecturers of Dean.
From 1998 to 2005 was on the list of honored teachers of the medical school at the Hebrew University.
In 2001 and 2007 - Doctor Uzi Izhar was awarded the prizes for achievements in clinical training at an Israeli University.
