Kononets Pavel Vyacheslavovich
Doctor Kononets is a representative of the surgical school of academician Mikhail Davydov, who headed the Oncology center named after N.N. Blokhin until 2017. He is a disciple of the Director of the Oncology center Ivan Stilidi. Mister Kononets entered the Blochin Oncology center as a fourth-year student and for 14 years worked in the department of thoraco-abdominal oncology, having risen from a volunteer student to a senior researcher.
Doctor Kononets trained in leading oncological clinics in Europe, the USA and Asia. He regularly conducts master classes and practical schools in endoscopic oncosurgery in Russian and European training centers.
Dr. Kononets is also a member of the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS) and the International Society for Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery (ISMICS). He is the Associate Professor of the Department of Oncology of the Faculty of Additional Professional Education of the Moscow State Medical and Dental University named after A. I. Evdokimov. He regularly conducts master classes in Russian and European training centers.
