Galkova Zalina Viktorovna
Candidate of Medical Science, endoscopist, associate professor of the Department of Gastroenterology, FAPE of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov, Leading Specialist of the Organizational and methodological department of Coloproctology of the Research Institute of Health Organization and Medical Management of the Moscow Healthcare Department.
Author of more than 80 publications. Co-author of the EUSbook Guide to Endoscopic Ultrasonography, the monograph “Interventional Medicine”, the European EUS comprehensive atlas DVD on endoscopic ultrasonography, three guidelines and manuals for physicians.
Doctor Galkova took part in the organization and holding of Russian and international scientific conferences on diagnostic and operative endoscopy, surgery and gastroenterology.
In 2002 she defended her candidate's dissertation “Endoscopic balloon papilllodilatation in the treatment of choledocholithiasis”.
